Who are you?

When you meet other people, how do you think they perceive you?

Self-awareness. Knowing who you are at every possible level is important. The picture in my head, who I am, is most often not the image people have of me.
Many see me as an inspiration source how to live a life. I myself perceive more as a human being is constantly changing. Sometimes even lazy and does not take much seriousness. Perhaps I will retire seriously and end all projects. I know I will never succeed with this but the thought is there.
The passion for making people grow is too big. I know that the more I can learn how I work out in the world, the more I can reach different people on earth.
I constantly change my notice board that is between me and people reading on my board. Moves over so different texts get different places. Changes words and images all the time. Not to confuse but I have different focus in different periods.
We (me and an art friend) are almost completely done with one of the elements of our tour. Maybe music video will be released next week … and it’s just a taste of the entire program that will be about 40 minutes.
The fit for music video is an abstract wedding and this week I have started a new project, which is about creating tools so 1000 CP (Cerebral Palsy) can marry next year.
So if you’re CP-injured or know someone who wants to learn how to get a life’s partner with a CP injury, please let me know.
Back to my question Who are you?
Have you really learned this? Interviewed people in your environment how they perceive you?
The more you know what you’re sending out for signals, the more opportunity you have to change what you really want to send to the recipient that meets you.
Are you perceived as silent, shy or outraged, with great appearance? You may have a system publicly but it’s really this message you want to broadcast. I was the clown and played the role of clown when I was out for many years. I understood this after a while and then I changed. I played the clown to reach people so they would understand that I had equal value and not focus on my CP. But this was not the person I was. I’m far too serious and think just too serious really boring thoughts. Such as how people get up now so that they have access to all this amazing life on the planet. There are few people who told me I’m too serious. Either this is because people do not dare say what they see or I’m not perceived as serious !!!

How are you thinking of this week’s thoughts?

Are you happy?

Are you happy_Are you happy?
What is happiness?
Happiness is the dilemma between past experiences, living in the present and what we think will happen in the future.
Live here and now. If you can shut everything out and I mean everything. And is fulfilled in the present. What state of mind do you think you are then?
Sorry, angry, happy, excited, sewing, tilting ….
I think you would feel the feeling of happiness? If you really shut out everything.
So happy, can be experienced in the present. Past experiences also create happiness in the present. The car journey I made and then we arrived at the restaurant where we ate … .. and then I was happy. So we repeat the journey both in the reality of getting in the car and driving there, but we can also do this mentally by thinking about the situation when we were there. What did it smell like, how did the food taste, what was the noise that was heard …
Happy in the future …. How to create happiness in the future. Money allows you to deposit a bank account and withdraw after a while. Happiness can not be saved. Happiness must be created. You need to create a platform that makes you happy. When the holiday comes, when the salary comes, when I finish the book, when I will … then I will be happy.
It’s an illusion. Happy is here and now. I’m happy when I write this. Do not think if anyone is reading this or what people like about this. I just like to write about happiness here and now … It’s the excitement. This was the day little thought. Please write what you think about this idea.

Life is not fair

Life is not fairLife is not fair. Sooner or later, we encounter injustices. The question I ask is what can I do now? How can I overcome now? I constantly encounter situations in life that make me feel the feelings of injustice. Memories triggered by previous experiences. Remember when I was expelled from a school because I was CP-injured. Also remember what I thought: I’ll show that they were wrong.

I was training and exercising. 10 years later I was in the para-paralympic. Angry and frustrated why life did not give me justice. Today, I know that when humiliations come into existence, everything becomes easier. Winning yourself is my goal. Win in my battle in humanity’s dilemma. Life takes us to different challenges and it is my job to find the solution. It is like what is the adventure here on earth. Convert all life stages of life into experiences to find happiness and your own path to your own success. Then you can influence other people and make them grow. The day you are free from all adversities is probably the day I stop growing in my life. Hope I will never experience that day …

The narrow road or the wide road of life?

The narrow road or the wide road of life?
Which way are you going to Wednesdaysgo?
The wide road is easiest in one way. It is the one that many go. Later in life you become more specialized and are on the narrower road.
The narrow road is narrow, snowy and sometimes only a path in the woods without direction. It goes into the dark and completely disappears. You must glow inside yourself to light up the path, which is not present. Nobody has gone there before you.
Example:
First, I did various sports, judo, swimming, football, orientation sports. Was actually in the national team in Orientation sports so I was a little specialized. But the athletics track was my narrow road. Long jump was what took me to the stars and I can still use this to inspire people, titled former world record holder from Paralympics 1996 Atlanta. Most people do not exercise 15-20 years for a long jump at Paralympics, which takes 6 seconds to complete.
That’s not what’s interesting. What I’m doing after. How do I use this knowledge and, above all, how can I transform this so that other people can find their narrow path in life.

Tell me what way you go and how narrow has it become over time?

The road of life

The school of life

“The school of life”“The school of life” that people are talking about. What does that mean?

We learn from our mistakes that make us grow. Grow to what? New life? Better understanding of our actions that are programmed into our development of a passionate talent. What ever you do, life goes on.
Life never stops. Just ticking. Whatever happens, time is ticking on. Never stops …

So what to do?
When I sit by the sea, it feels like time is standing still, but still the waves roll toward the shore nearly every second …

A music piece usually lasts a couple minutes. An image is perceived within a tenth of a second … but the experience can be for hours. It is as if the image or certain music triggers memories of a bygone era.

We have learned an interpretive system and our mind categorizes different memories in different compartments. Happiness, fun, sorrow, incomprehension. And the more complicated words of sympathy and empathy. Not to mention the parasympathetic nervous system reflexes in the limbic system. …
Oh. The last was perhaps a bit too advanced. Simplified, this means that if you meditate on the beach, it is very likely that you activate the parasympathetic system. In other words, you are resting in any form.

But this is still only a crude explanation for something we do not understand.

It is said that we use 5-10% of our brain capacity. Perhaps it is so that we only understand 5-10% of the brain and therefore we believe that we only use 5-10%.

You may have heard this story before, but I will tell it again:
A professor I have worked with in the 90s said: if you take a foghorn on the concert hall outer wall, while a symphony orchestra is playing and you try to listen through the fog horn if the Violin I is tuned or not. Maybe that is the greatest challenge for some scientists.

This story says several things. Two interesting things I want to highlight, this time:
One, we do not have the right instruments to measure what happens in the body
Two, what does it matter if violin is tuned or not, when we do not understand why we get so emotional when the orchestra plays as a whole ….

Rene Descarte divide the body into different parts that create the medical profession specialties today. Eyes, nose, mouth, ears, liver, lung, bone, heart and more.

In a diagnosis, doctors rarely see the whole body as one unit. It’s like trying to find the violin that is not tuned ….
I do not want to insult the medical profession, they do a fantastic job and I would have been dead without them. Several times over …
