When you encounter problems, you solve the problem from the level you have been training for … This is done automatically automatically, without you being able to control.

A switch is turned on and the whole system is taken over when you are blocked. You perform everything according to the level you are or the level you have trained to.

Let me explain:
You have taught a child to tie the shoes right now. It goes great, for the child to tie the shoes. But one morning when you are late for kindergarten / school, the situation is more stressful and then it is next to impossible for the child to tie the shoes. This situation often ends with the adult tying the shoe. This for shoe tying, is not automated.

1000 times is usually the level of automation. This means that you need to do one thing 1000 times before the thing is fully automated. So you need to lift a water glass 1000 times before you have an automatic brain program, which means that you do not spill the water in the glass.

To take a more advanced example: You need to show your business concept to 1000 people before you have an automation program that will take you further in the process of building your business. It is said that it takes 3-5 years for a company to become profitable and this is one of the reasons …

You don’t have to be good or the best. You just have to do the thing 1000 times. Then you are automatically above average.

Statement!
This means that most people live a mediocre life in general for the level of excellence is mediocre under stress.

Most people do not do a thing until they become excellence and stop long before they reach results that take them over the first threshold of excellence.

You need about 1000 hours to reach a good level of something you want to develop.

30 minutes per day means that you need about 5.9 years to reach 1000 hours. 5.9 years sounds a long time, but you usually increase the time the more you delve into a subject. So just increasing by 30 minutes a day to 1 hour a day will allow you to reach 1000 hours in 2.5 years.

So what does your list of things you want to get excellence look like, and what things have you already got excellence?

This is my list of things I want excellence and things I’ve already achieved excellence:

  • I have made about 200 development videos for people. 150 is on my youtube channel, so I have 800 videos left if I want to reach excellence. It is said that 1000 videos give about $ 10,000 per month whichever topic you choose and you do not need to be good. Just make 1000 videos on one topic. I have a video with 1.3 million viewers maybe get $ 1,000 in total, but no longer.
  • I have painted / sold about 300 paintings so I have 700 left for excellence
  • I have made about 250 music pieces and have about 750 left for excellence
  • This year I have fed my brain with knowledge of Social Media Marketing about 500 hours of training. So 500 hours left before everything is automated

 

  • I’ve done more than 1000 long jumps and had a world record so I don’t have to train anymore on this … it was more than 10,000 hours of training to get there (10,000 hours is about 2.7 hours a day for 10 years). I’ve met people who were much better than I was, but they never trained the last 5000 hours needed for excellence. I mostly trained between 40-70 hours a week for several years…
  • I have coached more than 1000 people and developed a system of excellence, which has taken me more than 30 years to develop
  • I’ve lived in Thailand for more than 500 weeks in a row, and know how to live here. But still 500 weeks left for excellence (about 10 more years)
  • I have been feeding my brain with personal development processes for more than 10,000 hours. In 1992, my professor (with whom I was employed) said that I was the most read non-professor he met. There have been a number of books and articles, as I read, over the past 27 years. Development processes are my most passionate subject.

A plan is good to have. A plan for life or the gym or the holiday.

But a plan without action becomes nothing more than a plan. If you plan to go to the gym for some reason (feel good, lose weight, get better fitness) and do not go to the gym nothing happens. You can’t think, better fitness, but you have to train (what I know). Or going abroad without actually going abroad, on vacation, can not be imagined either.

Without a plan, usually nothing happens either. So plan and action belong together. Just doing the action is usually not good either. You just wander around without any real goal.

A good plan (in my opinion) is when what you are going to accomplish is booked into your weekly plan. Then you have a fixed time where you only focus on what you want to achieve. Really a little every day. 10-30 minutes every day is best and it doesn’t matter what it is you are going to accomplish.

There is like a law: What you think about you get more of.
So if you think and plan a little every day, it will be more of what you plan to do. Doing it long enough every day will almost always be accomplished. Sufficiently long, usually, every day for at least 30-90 days. This is about what it takes to create a new habit (habit) that becomes automated.

When the habit becomes automated, it usually takes another 3-6 months before you see clear results. Maybe not plan your vacation but go to the gym or write a book or open your own company. I usually say to those I coach that it takes at least 3 months before you can see the bigger picture of what you intend to do and what effects it new for when you change your thinking.

I think most people can think of what it’s like to have children, but it’s actually when you have children that you know what happens. There are so many factors that come in that cannot be imagined.

It is possible to think that you are sitting under a palm tree and looking over the sea. But if you do this in reality, so many more things that cannot be described in words or conceived happen if you did not do so in reality.

Of the 1000s of people I meet over the years, this question is probably one of the most important to answer and above all make a map of.

Mapping the illusion, you live in is not as easy as it seems. First, I must understand that it is an illusion.

More and more people are beginning to understand that, thoughts govern life. What you think of daily, you get more of. If you think you have a shortage of money, you get more, a lack of money. Are you thinking that you have to solve problems with something, it is as if the problem gets bigger…

So, we listen to any “voodoo doctor”, you know those who seem to have the solution to all the problems of the earth. They tell us to focus on abundance and positivity. Enter your thoughts and see the image of abundance of money or a life of happiness.

So, we start thinking in other ways. A positive life with abundance.

2-3 weeks go by and nothing has happened. We are in the same deadlock, as before the “voodoo doctor”.

So, we stop.

After half a year or a year … the situation is even worse, and we know we must do something. So, we try to find a new “voodoo doctor” with a new solution. We look optimistic about it all and start testing.

The probability that the result will be the same is the next 100% … or more exactly 92%.

You may belong to the 8% who succeed. It is according to research at the University of Scranton. It says that why people fail is because there are no realistic challenging goals and that person does not have someone who can help you get you from point A to point B.

15-20 years ago, I started to read more in English, I was born Swedish and read Swedish. It was awkward, and I thought about quitting several times. It was too complicated. Tried to find the information in Swedish instead. So, I just slipped and created the illusion that it was not possible.

When I move to Thailand it became more natural with English and I could not slip anymore. I was more and more forced to handle English. Today I write my posts in English because many people who follow me cannot speak Swedish. My English is far from perfect, but I think most people understand, what I want to express.

So, when I lived in Sweden, English was not realistic in the same way as here in Thailand. Here I use English daily and my goal is to reach more English-speaking audiences.

Today I dream in English when I sleep and think English. In fact, find it difficult to find the words in my native language. But it took time and many English-speaking people. I have even written a book in English, available on Amazon to buy…

So, my thoughts have changed completely through the English illusion and I reach a completely different part of the earth’s population … than with the Swedish language

This is one of the qualifications exercises the monk gets to be able to become one with himself. Being able to see through walls when you close your eyes.

When I was 10-12 years old, I read about this in a book, being able to see what the neighbors are doing. So I, as always, tested. Then I went over to the neighbor and checked if it was true.

So after quite a short time, I could easily know when to go to the neighbors if something interesting was going on. This created problems after a while, they started wondering how I know time after time when come. I could not directly at that time, tell them that I am training to become a monk …

Am I psychic / paranormal?

No, I am not. I have only trained the ability to, as one carelessly says, the stomach feeling. Everyone has this. That’s when you just know, and you feel like something is going on …

What I’m talking about is more metaphysics. Common sense and logical explanations. Parents usually know when things happen to the children, though they are not nearby, maybe not even in the same city.
It is some form of energy that cannot be scientifically explained directly.

How can you train more of your ability to know things or develop your stomach feeling …

Start training with something simple. You sit in a coffee or restaurant and start observing people.

Think about how their lives look. When you have a list of 5-7 things. Go to the person wondering if that is true.

I did this often with a friend when I went to writing school. This is to find characters to rewrite. After a few times, we became very good to get right.

I went to the person and said:

Excuse me, this is an odd question!
Me and my friend go to the writing school and we train in characters when we write. Our teacher (this was a lie) says that we should observe and then ask the people if it is right. Does it matter if I say any traits of character, we perceive about you?

No one said No. They were curious about what we came up with.

I remember a man we thought worked in TV in some form. He replied no, that he was not working in the TV. I continued with the other characters in what we believed about him. Everything was right except TV. Finally, after more questions, he said:
– Wait, before I usually occasionally help as a picture producer at major events, such as the Eurovision song contest, but it is just a hobby and not a job.

So I urge you to go out and test your ability what you think of other people. People who work in business you shop regularly. You feel something in your stomach about that person. Maybe they are in the wrong place and where do you think they would fit better? Then just ask: I perceive you as a person who would fit within …? And then you see what happens.

The best thing is with people you don’t know.

I promise you are good at this and with practice, life becomes much more exciting …

Everyone does this consciously or unconsciously. It’s no hocus pocus. Some people we are drawn to and others we have a restrictive attitude. So, you do this already. I just want you to be more aware and then you can make completely different decisions in life.

4Mikael Avatar reflects on life and its strange world. Today about which points a Social media post should fulfill. In Sweden it is Easter and in Thailand there is general water war Songkran (or 13 April to 15). In Sweden you fly to Blåkulla and in Thailand everyone is a victim of getting wet.

It is thus allowed to throw water on anyone, these days during Songkran, it was some king who decided this that during the Thai New Year it is water war.

A lot of water, so you should have your cellphone and wallet, in a plastic bag. Myself, I keep myself out of the water war. Is in my world of new exciting challenges.

I haven’t written for a long time. The last note / reflection on life is the beginning of December last year and the last real post is a video in January.

I have learned that the posts should be of value to the reader. I go and educate myself, and therefore not so active on Social media. But today I will write. Something appealing and interesting that gives you more value.

So here are 4 tips for you how a Social Media post should look.
The first is that it must have a value for you. This means that if you read this, it must be of interest to you how to make good contributions to social media. Have I succeeded? Please write a comment.

Number two is how unusual is the post? Slam the brakes. My post begins with Easter and Songkran, which millions write about. But I combine with 4 tips how a social media should look. How many such posts are there in the world?

Then, it had to be unique, preferably 100% uncooperable. You who have followed me over the years know that I am writing this way. Some uncontrolled posts with thoughts about things. Not quite unique but the approach I convey is probably quite unique.

The last point is my “Achilles heel” and it is that: you should not be without this text. Irresistible. Hmmm, yes a little hard to meet I think. It should cause you to act in some form. I will entice you to, for example, like this text or share the text with your friends. An irresistible offer, or a post that you just have to act on …
So, have I succeeded?

So, before you make the next post on a Social media platform, you can use this checklist. The 4 tips were:
1 give value to the reader
2 how unusual is the post
3 how copyable is the post
4, it is irresistible

The tips are not my invention but I have learned this from people who spend 100’s of millions of dollars on advertising on social media platforms … I will give more tips later and this is part of the education I go.

To start over

When you have had a sports career and you are about to start living without the sport that has been your everyday life. Or you stop a job that has been a big part of your life. You may be moving to another city or ending your education after a few years.

How do you start learning the new way of life?
