What is the essence of your life

As far as parents are concerned, the core is the children. Everything depends on the children, depending on the age they are in. Such a holiday will be the most appropriate for the children’s needs. Most of the time crashes to ensure the needs of the children.

Jobs are tailored to the child’s different periods of life. But then then? The children have moved away from home and have their own families …
What happens to the core of your life then?

The essentials change throughout life. That’s where we spend the most time of our lives.

If you have an education in any form and work in that area. So you spend the most time at work around what you are trained for. It is the essence of your life at work. At home in your free time you can have a completely different area around life.

Some people have life projects that can be: a family farm to be maintained so the children can take over when they are adults.

If you think you have a boring common life that nobody wants to hear about. I would like you for a while to think like this.

No matter who you are or how you grew up, you have a story. That story can always help other people understand how important their lives are. It is in those small details that life is alive.

There are always listeners out there in the world who want to hear your story. If you have a job, family and live what you think a boring common life, that’s not true. If you would start to document what you do each week in any way.

Write, film or talk to your mobile. Will you discover how rich your life is. You will see how many moments of life it happens real miracle. The first step the children take or when they learn the multiplication table. Drive a car without you … you and your partner experience something magical for a regular evening.

By starting to document, you’ll see patterns of living your life and finding the core, or the essence of your life.

To take a stand for or against and decide?

To take a stand, for or against, and decide_Thoughts this week …
To take a stand, for or against, and decide? How do I do this?
I have no idea. There are many positions I must do all the time on many things. I try to proceed: What is good for me or in coaching What is good for the client?

By not taking a stand, I take a stand still. I surrender the responsibility to someone else. Or let life control me more randomly if I do not take a stand.

In terms of energy, you lose energy unless you don’t decide. You place the decision unconsciously on a mental shelf where it lies and sparkles just like loose power cords.

When deciding, it is like taking the plug and plugging it into the wall socket and the light is on. Then you see everything much clearer and you do not have to squint with your eyes to see what more decision you will take. You can puff out and the body relaxes.

Perhaps this metaphor can help how important it is to take a decision.

When it comes to making decisions about food, I really try to transfer this to my wife / sister as far as possible. I have a great defense because she is a Chef (even five-star Chef). She knows more about food than me and I have more attitude: Oh, are we going to eat today too …

More complicated decisions, I often must weigh in other factors. Thereafter, a couple of decisions are made and lots of new decisions must be made.

Example:

When I moved to Thailand, it’s not just moving.
The cramps in my body disappear, but how to survive in Thailand, legally leave Sweden, state of residence in Thailand and more. My friends, assignments I had in Sweden and divorce me from my wife.

First, I must make the decision to move. You cannot, for example, legally leave Sweden in case I’m moving. You must actually move from Sweden first.

You should decide about “The Core”, the essence first. The main subject where everything circles around.

So what’s the essence of your life? How to Find What’s Essential in Your Life?

Next week I will write about How to find the essence of life …

Why have a coach

Why have a coach

When you get older people usually go to a doctor and make sure everything is OK. A kind of look at all the bodies and functions of the body works. Do we train the body enough to get a long life. Blood pressure, cholesterol and other things are checked. We receive a recommendation from the doctor and maybe we will take new initiatives for a better life.

But when do we look at the plan of life? When do we check that we have the right focus in life?

We talk to friends and parents / siblings about what we do and intend to do. They are usually not specialists on the subject and absolutely not neutral. But they can give you a good picture and reflection on what you intend to do.
If you have a life coach / mentor who follows you, the person is often more neutral and familiar with the subject you are looking for in.

When a car has not been in a car workshop for a number of years. Usually heard sounds or other things that do not work at 100%. You go to the garage explains the phenomenon of the car and the mechanics advise you on what to do. You do not need to follow the advice, but you get an adequate picture of what may need to be done.

You usually do not take the car to your mother or eye doctor (if you do not know they are specialists in cars). You go to a garage that has the right tools to check your car.

When it comes to life and what direction life has. Does it seem that we have a completely different opinion who has knowledge or not. The video here tells a little more about the subject …

How to ignore injustice and use them for your gain

How to ignore injustice and use them for your gainHow to ignore injustice and use them for your gain

An injustice is something that you perceive that is not for your gain. It can be a setback in some form. Within psychology you are talking about two choices: fight or escape

But it’s not that simple. We hesitate and interpret and do lots of other things that many times do not lead to anything constructive. Thus, a positive development of your life.

If you have never had a resistance in your life, I think it’s hard to grow and learn where the limit is for your life development. In order to go beyond what you thought was impossible, an effort has to be made, a focus that will prevent you from seeing all the obstacles and injustices that come in your way.

I have not met a single Olympics who did not have exercise pain and no olympics who stopped because of exercise pain. I have not even met a mother who does not want to see the children grow up no matter what adversities they still have …

If you really want to live in your full potential, you will come with 100% certainty, meet people and situations where you are treated ill and not credible to your goals in life.

One way to deal with less friction is to attract people with similar choices in life. Example: It´s hard to reach the Olympics without meeting athletes men / women who are heading in the same direction or being mom without talking to other mothers.

This helps a small part, but your full potential means developing a talent or happiness choice. You should go beyond all the knowledge in this area to create your own interpretation of the subject.

I have had world records, but this is just the interpretation of my people’s external opinion. My goal of sporting from my worldview was something completely different.

Work with your reality and what you believe in your life. The passion you have for something you believe in in life. The more you develop this passion, the more this will glorify your everyday life.

The obstacle on this road you take in your life is hardly noticeable. As a little workout on your way to your own Olympic game ….

What has created the person you are today?

What has created the person you are today_What has created the person you are today?

All daily choices you made.
All people you meet that affect your story.
All places you visited.
Schools you have gone
Feelings you received, happy, angry, hopeful, sorry …
Smells you experienced
And much much else has made you who you are today.

It is said that injustice makes you strong and happiness makes life worth living. We must have both. Up and downs create dynamics. An ostopless rolling wheel.

I had a good life in Sweden, but an even better life in Thailand.

I’ve been struggling all my life:
The right to go to a regular school class
Right to get a job
The right to have food at any restaurant I want
The right to follow my passion without anyone getting into it
The right to live on the same conditions that all people should have

There has been so much obstacle in my life that I do not even think it could be any other way.

When I’m with people and doing things out in town, almost nobody talks to me, but turns to the person I’m with. Sometimes, or next always, they say to my friend: What should he eat, and I’m sitting next to it.

You can not explain this oppression. It’s there, every second of my life, as soon as I leave my home. What I mean is that in every meeting with a person I really try to get a balance to be treated like anybody. To bridge so the person I meet gets the opportunity to treat me like any other person they meet.

With new friends, we always end up in a conversation after a time of friendship. 3 months or one year. But there always comes a point where the friend / man wants to express his friendship with words like:
I have never seen you as handicapped or CP-injured.
There will be a theoretical discussion about disabilities, difficultys.

Then the friendship drops. I’m really trying to build on friendship, but it’s like there’s an ocean in between us. And no ships in the world can break this distance. Friendship survives some time, but my world’s interpretation becomes insane. Because one can not explain one with another life’s life. It has to be lived and it is not enough to walk 1000 km in another’s shoes to understand.

Nor is it meant to be able to understand other people. The purpose of life, according to me, is to discover as many pages of yourself as possible so you can get the maximum recovery of yourself.

I have the privilege of being able to talk to many amazing people. There are so many people out there who make such incredible things and influences in the world.

Next week’s text will be about: How to ignore injustice and use them for your winnings

The unknown reality

The unknown realityThe unknown reality

There is a gap between reality and the unknown reality

Sometimes we know things that have not happened yet. How can this happen? And why can not we control this to our gain?

Some days we know that something positive will happen and other days we know we would have stayed in the saying something bad will happen. They come in waves. Not just one but several things in a row. This applies to those positive things as well.

We forget that positivity creates new positivity. I assume that everyone has experienced an accident not coming alone, but it follows a couple of several incidents of a negative nature. But even those positive things have the same phenomenon.

Many people live in the gap between the next positive incident in life or the next negative phase. A sort of gray zone where daily life lives. No ups and downs. Life is only.

But there is some kind of invisible energy cloud around us. Before all, speed up. Just the summer comes or when I buy my new car, when the children grow up, the next pay or what other things in life we have great hopes that will happen.

When the finish is coming. So when you reach the vision, the longing you have in you. Is it, many times, not in phase. The expectation and what really happens does not become one and the same. It’s a gap.

This is what I mean by the gap between the unknown reality (what has not yet happened) and the reality (what actually happens).

New Motorbike MikaelExample:
A week ago, I acquired a new moped / motorcycle. The old has gone out of time. Even dangerous to drive around with. No repairs in the world would make it run properly. So I have a brand new motorcycle. One kilometer had passed when I got it and a red sign (red sign you have until the white registration plate comes).

I sat on the stairs and watched it. It looks fine … What now?
To me, moped is a means of transport, from point A to point B. So I took it on a “spin”.

I really tried to realize that there would be a difference. Was I happier now?
Absolutely it goes much better and there are fun lights that the old motorcycle did not have. It turns off at traffic lights, to save fuel.

No … no difference (no gap) the motorcycle is still just a means of transport in my reality. The advantage is that it takes less fuel and goes quieter. The pleasure of driving is the same. The wind in the face and the smells of freedom have not changed … I might be too stupid to understand that there should be something else.

So what’s your experience of the gap between reality and the unknown reality?
